Orders

You will receive an order confirmation by email. When the order ships you will get a second email with tracking.

Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more before tax. Most in-stock items leave the warehouse in 1–2 business days. See the shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Unused items purchased on this site can be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Refunds go back to the original payment method. See the refund policy.

Warranty

Stainless-steel drinkware is covered by the built-for-life warranty described on our warranty page. Soft goods have a separate soft goods warranty.
